Course Outline

Following almost 2 decades of exceptional success resolving weight training injuries with amateur, professional and world champion athletes (football/soccer players, physique competitors/models, bodybuilders, MMA fighters, powerlifters, martial artists) and elite level personal trainers/strength coaches worldwide, Heather Pearson designed the Pearson Method courses to teach her unique, proven method to fellow health professionals on how to successfuly diagnose and resolve injuries.

Renowned for her approach to complex injuries with in-depth knowledge of anatomy and self-created skills, Heather will share her world class knowledge and experience of diagnostics, muscle testing, biomechanics testing, unique rehabilitation exercises and sports psychology tips to resolve lower body weight training injuries, increase personal bests in squats and deadlifts, gain more symmetry in aesthetics, increase performance in any given sport and deliver her secrets to injury prevention. Some of the information can be found in her successful book 'Back Pain Free: Put an end to your suffering with the Pearson Method’.



You will learn anatomy for the lower body, range of motion tests, biomechanics tests, resisted muscle tests, strength rehabilitation exercises, the optimal treatments to help muscle growth and resolve injuries, activation techniques and advanced strength rehabilitation exercises. This includes current injuries, post-surgery, old/chronic injuries.

This lower body seminar is open to personal trainers, strength coaches and all therapists (sports therapist, chiropractors, physiotherapists, osteopath, sports massage therapists). Courses are 25% theory and 75% hands-on so please bring comfortable clothing.
